1. Overview

GuestFlow Digital Services ("GuestFlow", "we", "us") provides custom QR-based digital guest information portals for hotels, resorts, and hospitality businesses. By purchasing our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

We create custom digital guest portals delivered within 24–48 hours of receiving your hotel details. This is a digital service — no physical goods are shipped.

3. Payment

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are one-time fees as listed on our pricing page. Payment is required before work begins.

4. Delivery

Portals are delivered digitally within 24–48 hours. Priority delivery is available with the Premium package. Delivery timelines begin after all required content is received from the client.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives full usage rights to their guest portal. GuestFlow retains the right to use anonymized versions for portfolio purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

GuestFlow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.
