Refund Policy

Digital Service
GuestFlow provides a custom digital service delivered within 24–48 hours. As this is a bespoke digital product created specifically for each client, the following refund policy applies.
Before Delivery
If you request a cancellation before work has begun on your portal, we will issue a full refund within 5–10 business days.
After Delivery
Once your guest portal has been delivered, refunds are not available as the digital service has been fully rendered. However, if you are unsatisfied, we will work with you to make reasonable adjustments.
Disputes
If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us at support@guestflow.com within 7 days of delivery. We are committed to resolving any concerns promptly.
